Great for sore or stiff muscles and for relaxing the mind.
4 cups boiling water
2 tbsp carrier oil
( Carrier oil is: olive, coconut, almond, vegetable oil, etc)
8 drops marjoram OR lavender essential oil (lavender is easy to find)
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 cup fresh sage leaves
Place the carrier oil and marjoram in a french press (if you have one. If not, a big pot and strainer will do)
Gently tear and press the leaves of the fresh herbs- then add to mix.
Add 4 cups of boiling water and let it steep for about 10-20 min.
Now it's a great time to fill the tub! Pour your infusion into the tub and soak away to your heart's content. Careful with oil in the tub! Be sure to clean well after you return from your oasis :)
